What can Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar be used for?Jilly’s Coastal Social Trailer can be used to serve anything at your party, wedding or event. It makes a great mobile bar for beer, wine, sparkling wine and signature cocktails, a dessert bar to serve tarts, cookies and any sweet treats, an appetizer bar for charcuterie cups and boards, a coffee bar, a backdrop for those special engagement photos or a fun photobooth! A merchandise trailer for brand activation and product promotion. Ask about our custom logo signs to promote your business. Let your imagination soar!

What if it rains at my event?No worries if it decides to rain on your parade! In case of wet weather, we'll need a tent. We're super flexible and can coordinate with your venue or tent provider to make sure we get the right size. Your event, rain or shine, will be a blast!

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Venmo, Zelle, and most major credit cards for your convenience. When you're all set to reserve your spot on our coastal calendar and lock in your date, we'll send you a contract to sign along with a simple online payment form. You'll need to make a 50% deposit at that time. The remaining balance will be due four weeks before your event.

How long before my event, is Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart & Mobile Bar set up?Our recommendation for loading in Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart & Mobile Bar is 1.5 hours prior to the serving time. That being said, we will work directly with you or your event planner or caterer to determine the best load-in and setup time for all. A surcharge may apply if additional time is needed. As the clock strikes the contracted event end time, we'll dive into a 45-minute whirlwind of cleanup and hitch-up action to bid adieu. Please keep this in mind when plotting our trailer's parking spot. If we find ourselves party-stranded, additional fees might sneak up on us, and we wouldn't want that! Let's keep the coastal vibes flowing!

During an event can Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart be set up to serve food as well as a mobile bar?Yes, absolutely!

Is décor included for Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar?Our bar, and dessert signs, and our interior accessories are included in the price. Decor is subject to change. Custom signs are available. Custom greenery swags, for under the serving window, and florals are available for purchase and will be added to your party quote.

Can we just use Jilly's Costal Social Cart and Mobile Bar?Inquire about brand activation and corporate branding.

Will Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar fit at my outdoor venue?The minimum clearance requirements we need to fit the trailer into an outdoor event area are 16'L X 11W X 9'H and the ground must be level. We generally fit in outdoor spaces, but we will work with your venue coordinator to do a site visit to confirm.

When using Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart as a mobile bar, do you supply the alcohol?No, you supply the alcohol,(CA state law), and we supply the fun! We can make recommendations on how much alcohol to purchase and suggestions for signature cocktails. We will supply 2 certified bartenders, for up to 100 guests, additional bartenders needed will be $50.00 per hour. Plastic glassware, white cocktail napkins, mixers, garnishes, ice and menu consultation are included in our package pricing. Actual glassware would need to be purchased through a party rental company or your caterer. Please inquire about the additional requirements for using glassware.

What type of events is Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar for?Where fun happens is where you’ll find our Cart! Including but not limited to weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, golf tournaments, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, merchandise promotion, corporate trade-shows, event sponsorships and brand activation too! The sky is the limit!

What is your refund policy?Once you've locked in your spot on our calendar with your deposit, it's like reserving a VIP seat at the coolest party in town! If for some reason you need to cancel, all but $150 of your deposit is refundable when cancelled 90 days prior to your event.

Will Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar handle trash disposal?We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to manage trash removal. To clarify who will handle this, kindly consult with your venue or caterer. They should be able to provide guidance on this matter.

During the event can the mobile bar be changed from serving drinks to serving desserts or coffee?Yes! We can accommodate a switch!

Will Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar fit in indoor venues?We will need to drive Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart through a door or load-in area of 11 feet wide x 9 feet high opening at a minimum. In summary, the minimum clearance requirements we need to fit the trailer into are 11 ft in width, 16 ft in length for trailer (32 ft with Delivery Vehicle) and 9 feet in height.

Where are you located?We are parked in San Juan Capistrano, California, and we service Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County. Mileage charges may apply.

What are the electrical requirements for Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar?Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar needs to be within 100 feet of (1) standard household 110 volt electrical outlet to run the lights and equipment. What if we don’t have access to an electrical outlet? No problem! We have a small, but quiet and powerful, generator which we can bring. We will need to know from you at least 48 hours before your event if it will be needed. There is an additional charge of $100 added to your package price, for a 4 hour run time.

Is Jilly’s Coastal Social Cart and Mobile Bar insured?Certainly! We've got you covered with both general liability and liquor liability insurance. Your peace of mind is our priority!
